Dozens of units were produced as one batch, with the same approved structure and production requirements applied throughout the order.

Client Requirements

The project focused on practical retail operation rather than simply increasing display capacity. The cabinet needed to provide organized cigarette merchandising while supporting secure product access and efficient daily replenishment.

From Engineering Drawing to Production

Before manufacturing began, the cabinet layout and structural details were confirmed through engineering drawings.

This stage allowed the team to verify the overall cabinet structure, internal layout, door sections, storage areas, and key assembly details before the project entered production.

Once the engineering drawing was approved, the confirmed design became the production reference for the entire batch.

Bulk Production

After engineering confirmation, the project moved into batch manufacturing.

Each cabinet was produced according to the approved structure and production requirements, helping maintain consistency across the full order.

From one approved design to a complete batch of finished retail displays.

The finished cabinets were arranged for final checks before entering the packing stage, allowing the production team to review the overall appearance and consistency of the completed batch.

Export Packaging

After production checks were completed, the cigarette display cabinets were protected and packed for international transportation.

The finished packages were then organized on pallets to improve handling efficiency and provide better protection during warehouse movement and loading.

For large custom display projects, packaging is planned together with the product structure and shipping method rather than treated as a separate final step.

Ready for Shipment

Once packing and palletizing were completed, the finished order was staged in the warehouse and prepared for container loading.

At this point, the project had moved from engineering and manufacturing into the final export delivery stage.

Container Loading & Export Delivery

The packed display cabinets were loaded into the container as one coordinated export shipment.
